2 Lakhs Skipping Milestone Achieved Today
Hi Sustainable Leaders of the World,
Today is the special day for me in my health challenge which I started on 1 Jan 2023. The challenge was to achieve 2 Lakhs rope skipping in 2023.
There are "N" number of reasons to start this challenge as i wrote earlier.
I am not going to discuss about those points. But only one think i want to share with you that if you have the Goal / Purpose in your life and you are committed to it, take action consistently you can achieve it 100%.

1500 + Rope skipping in 15min
This is another important challenge i created within the 2 Lakhs skipping challenge in the month of September in order to reach the miles stone on or before 15th of this month. You might be wondering why this crazy challenge in between? There is a reason behind it, yes i am going to be in travel for 5 days in 3rd week, so i don't want to delay the goal further.
Do you know what happened because of this one change i made in my process ?
Challenge within the challenge helped me to reach the milestone earlier than expect, helped me to increase the bar for my fitness challenge.
